Our training programs focus on technical and skilled labor development, customized curriculums shaped by client needs, and workforce partnerships with education, government, and local organizations.
AAA Academy has invested over $1.6 million in a new 20,000 sqft., state-of-the-art training facility located near the AAA USA headquarters in Mobile, AL. The training classrooms are built to meet the growing demand for skilled labor in aerospace, manufacturing, and beyond. Each space combines technical instruction with practical training, giving students the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive workforce. By investing in these facilities, AAA is not only supporting industry standards but also strengthening the communities where we live and work.
A dedicated space for software, theoretical, and hands-on learning, this lab is designed for small-group training. With a capacity of 8 per class, it ensures focused instruction and personalized guidance in mechanical engineering testing and quality processes.
Built for large-scale, practical instruction, this training room supports up to 24 students per class. In this space, students gain essential hands-on experience in mechanical systems and structural applications, developing skills that align directly with industry needs.
This classroom combines software and theoretical instruction for up to 24 students per class. It provides the foundation of technical knowledge that supports practical applications in the field.
Focused on practical training in electrical and avionics systems, this space accommodates 16 participants per class. Learners gain hands-on experience with the systems and tools critical to modern aerospace and manufacturing industries.
